User Registration

Step 1

Click on "User Login".
You will be redirected to HRMIS website's "Medical Officer login" page.

Step 2

Enter the SLMC number and Password which you are using to login HRMIS.

Step 3

Once you are logged in click on "Quick access" icon.

Step 4

Click on "MS CONNECT-YOUR COMPLAINTS" link to proceed.

Step 5
If you are a new user to HRMIS,then click on "Register New User" to create an account.
Reset a Forgotten Password

Step 1
Click on "I Forgot my Password".

Step 2
A link to reset your password will be sent to the system registered email address of this user account.
Use that link to reset your password.
To Contact your Subject Officer

Step 1

Log in to MS Connect.

Step 2

On the side bar, look for the "Contact Subject Officer" button and click on it.

Step 3

Some of your details will be displayed on the Contact Subject Officer page. Please check if all the information is correct.
Once you have confirmed that all your information is correct, check the box that says "I certify that all details above are true and up-to-date."
If your details are incorrect,please contact MSIU.

Step 4

Select the MS code from the dropdown that corresponds to your inquiry and the subject officer.
(The table displayed will help you to choose the right MS Code)

Write your inquiry in the designated text box, please try to keep it less than 2000 words.
Then click on the "Submit" button.

Step 5

A reference number will be displayed on the screen for your reference, please take a note of it.

Please note that providing accurate and up-to-date information will help the Subject officer to assist you more efficiently.
View Your Previous Communications

Step 1

Log in to MS Connect.

Step 2

On the side bar, look for the "User History" button and click on it.

Step 3

Your contact history will be displayed on a table that shows the reference number, contact date, last updated date, the current status of the inquiry, and a "View Details" button for each communication.

To view the details of a specific communication, click on the "View Details" button next to it.

Step 4

Here you will be able to see the remarks at different stages of the communication, along with the status of the communication.

If you want to see a larger version of an image, simply click on the image. This will open the image in full screen mode, which will give you a better view of the image.
